I don’t know…

Well my weight is getting WAY out of control it’s time I STOP and think about what’s going on with my body. I quit my job about 1 1/2 years ago to be a stay at home mom and wife full time. I also home school my daughter and I will admit I am LAZY. I clean but not like I should. A lot of my focus is schooling my daughter and entering sweeps.

Since I quit my job I have added some weight on to my behind and on top of all that I also quit smoking about 5 1/2 months ago so yea that doesn’t help much. I do not drink much soda but I tend to eat more then I should. I am one of those people who don’t like to waste so when my daughter is done I eat the rest of hers. Time to stop and FOCUS on my weight.

I am very insecure about myself and my looks. Going and walking around the track is NOT an option. I get it in my head as if I am being watched and people are making fun. Yea I know grow up get a grip, but it isn’t that easy. I am going to see about going to the doctor in the next few weeks but until then it’s time to take a stand and do something about my weight. It is my fault and my problem.

So I have started to workout and I will be the first to say IT SUCKS. My body is not use to it I am not even doing a lot as of right now I can’t. When I workout I can hear and feel my knee bones rubbing and I am sure that’s not good. But can’t do nothing about it but deal with it. I am doing about 30 minutes a day to start and I have started to watch how much I eat. Maybe I will see change soon. Even if I can keep myself from gaining more weight I will be fine.

If anyone has any suggestions for me please leave me a comment. I am trying to get a treadmill but doesn’t seem noone on freecycle is giving any away at this time. And I am not in no money situation to buy one. If I had a treadmill I know it would help to shed some pounds then the actual exercises won’t be as bad. One step at a time even if it’s a baby step.
