Well it’s been 4 months

Well today marks 4 months since I quit smoking. Some times I am glad I quit but other times I really wish I had a cigarette. I was one of them cold turkey quitters. But it was done on an accident. I didn’t want to quit but the medication the doctors had me on for an infection made cigarettes taste nasty.

I get really stressed and depressed and its then that I wish I had me a smoke. Now I turn to food and I have gained 30 pounds in the past 4 months. Sometimes I don’t know what to do. But food has a better taste then it did before. I can breath better as well. And with the cost of cigarettes going up its cheaper on us. But yea I have been smoke free for 4 months now.

Have you decided to give up smoking? How long did it take you to quit?
