ThanksGiving

Thanksgiving is fast approaching, and I have yet decided what will be on our Thanksgiving Menu, but with a little help from one of my favorite Food Network Chefs Alton Brown I may have just figured it all out. To see Alton Brown’s Thanksgiving menu click HERE.

If you do not know who Alton Brown is, he is famous in my home to my 8 year old daughter for his show on the Food Network called Good Eats. It is kinda funny how she would rather watch Good Eats over some of her cartoons. She will be scanning the channel guide and “Good Eats” will pop up, almost immediately she will put it on the proper channel, and get all excited because it is on.

For those who don’t know who Alton Brown is, he is famous for his show “Good Eats”.Where he shows step by step on how to make many dishes. He also shows you the science of cooking. I love how he shows you how certain ingredients react to other ingredients and the way he does it cracks me up.

A few other of our favorite Food Network Chefs, are Paula Deen, Rachael Ray, Bobbie Flay, and of course Alton Brown. I think those are the ones we watch often.
