Fat Loss Factor Day 3

Today is day 3 of this plan.I am going to call it a plan, because like any other “diet” or weight loss program if you do not stick to it you will not see results. For the last few days I have ate nothing, but bananas, cucumbers, oranges, sun flower seeds, and a little bit of peanut butter with omega 3 in it, and to drink nothing but spring water.

When I cook food for DD and hubs I want some so bad, but I would rather be rid of all this fat more. So I keep my head clear and focused. I do not think I could ever be a full vegan, I really love my meat, and dairy products.

I will say this though, before this program we hardly ever kept fruit in the house. It is so expensive, after this past week we will be having fruit in the house. It plays a big role in our diet, and that might be a part of the reason I am always sluggish. I will continue with nothing but fruits and veggies. My list is bananas, apples, oranges, cucumbers and celery until Sunday night. Then I will drink my barf tea. Monday – Friday I will do a master cleanse. I am so not looking forward to that. I have been walking 30 minutes a day as well.

As of right now from following this program I am down about 3 pounds. That is 1 pound a day. However, my calorie intake is less then 1000 as well. I do not advice this unless discussed with a doctor. I have also noticed a change in my bathroom habits. Will update again Sunday.
