Today makes my first week on the hCG injections, I have to say I am amazed on how well this is all working. The total weight I have lost in this week is 13 pounds. Now the weight will start coming off slower but it will still come off.
This is also my last update until next week, now I will update weekly with a total of what I have lost. I have a feeling my husband is not going to hang in there with me, but it’s okay I am not giving up on it.
I have decided after I am done this this, we will NOT be going back to our old habits, we will be eating mostly all homemade, I went out today and bought lots of spices and seasons to work with and I made this ever so yummy chicken salad.
After looking at the ingredients, I was a bit iffy on this but it turned out amazingly.
Here is a hCG friendly recipe I found while searching google.
hCG Diet Chicken Salad
100 grams of Chicken breast, no fat
2 tablespoons Braggs Liquid Amino (This can be found at Kroger in the Health food section)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinager
1/4 teaspoon organic poultry seasoning (I didn’t use organic I used Kroger blend)
1 tablespoon minced onion
Salt and Pepper to taste (I did not use no salt I did use pepper)
Cook your chicken, in either a small amount of water or some chicken broth, then mix everything together and serve with your celery sticks.
This recipe is super yummy and best of all it is less then 170 calories :)
