Is It Summer Yet?

If we were still in Tennessee, we would be running the A/C not the heater! It has been getting pretty cold here in Michigan. Not sure how I am going to handle this winter. I am so use to only seeing snow a week or two a year. Now I will be seeing it for about 4 months. EEK. I know one thing is certain I am not only going to have to purchase warm girls clothes for my daughter, I am going to have to purchase some clothes for hubby and I as well.

Gillian, is already letting me know she needs snow pants. It is funny because in Tennessee they do not sell snow pants in the stores. I mean it would be a waste of money the most snow I ever seen in TN was about 2 foot, and that was after the drifts. We were stuck at home with no power for about 2 of those days.

My list of things needed before the snow hits, is getting rather large. We need snow pants, sled, gloves, winter boots, warm clothes for the three of us, I am wanting some more blankets, I dislike being cold while I sleep. Once my feet get cold, I am in trouble. Better get some nice and toasty socks as well.
