Thoughts on Skin Tightening

I have always been a plus size person and one of my biggest fears of losing a massive amount of weight, is all the loose skin. I know there are certain exercises one can do to tighten up some of the skin, and believe me when I get all these extra baggage off, I will be doing some skin tightening exercises to tone my body up.

Once I get to my ideal weight, and I get those abs I have longed for, I will continue to bust my butt to keep off the weight. I have seen many people lose all their weight, only to regain it back. I to have done this, and to be honest, I would rather just do daily workouts, so I never have to worry about gaining all the weight back.

Chocolate is my biggest weakness, I just have to learn how to have better control over my portions, and I should be fine. However, portion control can be tough! I know if I am eating something that is out of this world, even when I am full I want to keep eating it! My thighs do not thank me though.

For now on whenever I eat more then a normal persons portion, I think I an going to run laps up and down the road. That is one great thing about where I live now, we have no neighbors, and no traffic down the road.
