Our Halloween Fun

Last night we had a great time! It seems not many people participate in Halloween this year either. It saddens me that Halloween is slowly dying out. However, we had fun walking around the neighborhoods.

We went and did what we did many years ago when I was still in Michigan, we parked at the Hospital and walked around that area, it wasn’t until about 30 minutes into it, when the lights started coming on. At first it seemed it was only us walking around, I remember growing up we had kids every where. However, it seemed things were safer when I was younger as well.

If you take your kiddos trick or treating, how was it in your area? Houses few and far in between? We had fun just walking and such and the kids did get a lot, but I was bummed to not see many in the Halloween spirit. I wouldn’t be surprised if in the next 5 years, there is no more Halloween.

Hope all had a safe Halloween, and now is preparing for the Christmas Season.
