My mom is always telling me never to talk on my cell phone and drive, even though she does the same thing. Today, I understood why she always tells me not to talk and drive. I have never really been a good multi-tasker. Today I was on the phone with my sister, she was talking about how she visited directstartv.com and upgraded her television package. I was yapping away, talking about my package when I heard people laying on the horns. It startled me and I looked up. I realized that I was not paying any attention to what I was doing. I had been stopped at a red light. Another light ( not mine) turned green and I hit the gas. I was really sooooo lucky that the cars that were coming through the intersection didn’t t-bone me. They stopped just in time! I have got to get off the phone when I am driving. That scared the daylights out of me!
