Rough Road

Losing weight is far from easy, and if someone told you it was, they were LYING. With being a struggler with my weight all my life, I am doing what it takes to become healthy. If you noticed, I had not been posting much about my weight or what had been going on in my life. Well, we ended up eating not so healthy foods, and my body FELT it, and I did gain 2 pounds back… which this depressed me, but I new once I got going again, I would lose it. I am happy to say I did lose those 2 pounds within the past 3 days.

I also learned a lot, something my husband had been trying to get me to see, but I couldn’t see it at the time. A question my husband asked me almost 2 months ago was… “Don’t you feel all run down when you don’t eat healthy” My response was no, I feel fine. HAHA Little did I know I didn’t feel fine. When we were eating healthy I felt so good, then when we started to eat a bit off track I felt so sluggish, I felt sick to my stomach, and well I was on the toilet having the runs!

In the past month I have lost 10 pounds gained 2 pounds then lost another 2 pounds, so I am down a total of 10 pounds since the beginning of June, which is AWESOME. I can only hope for more weight loss in the future, and I have to keep trucking.

I have been doing the Digest Diet, AND I have cheated a little bit, but I am cheating with “healthy” food items. I know, NO excuse and I am working to do a bit better, next month I am going to have a few great weight loss products to also help you lose the weight you may need to lose. I am debating on when to post before and after pictures.

I would like to keep it a surprise for as long as I can, because I would like to lose as much weight as I possibly can!

So that is how things are going, I am still down the 16 pounds since May, and I am still trucking at the weight loss and I know in the end I will succeed, because I want to succeed.
