The Cue Vapor System Review

The Cue was received for review purposes. This is 100% my personal opinion and others will vary. Please note this product is not for sale to minors.

When I was about 16 I would sneak around taking a few puffs off cigarette butts that I found in the ashtrays at my home. To be honest it was more or less to look cool. When I was 19 I started smoking what I would say full time. Yes, I became a full time smoker at the age of 19.  With this new found habit, came many new found sicknesses. I discovered my lungs were weak, I suddenly got sick every few months. I would find myself sitting in the ER getting breathing treatments, shot up with steroids and sent home with several prescriptions.

This became my life for a few years. Then I got pregnant with my daughter and I couldn’t take not being able to breath so I quit smoking. Only to start back up after I gave birth and the cycle of being sick continued. In 2008, once again I kicked the habit both times cold turkey, for some it’s not easy, however, for me I think smoking was really more of a social thing and to help me with my anxiety.

In 2015, I was going through a lot in my personal life and what better way to battle depression, stress and anxiety than picking up a cigarette and that is what I did. From 2008 to 2015, I had no breathing problems, didn’t go to the ER not once for nothing being able to breath, when my husband got sick, I stayed breathing. I actually loved it, so in 2015 when I started smoking again, I knew it wouldn’t be long before I found myself in the ER or doctors office and I was correct. Less than 2 months after starting I was sitting in my doctors office taking breathing treatments, getting steroid shots and walking out with several medications. This cue vapor review might help stir you in the right direction to put out the cigarette.

In the past 2 years, I have been to the doctor due to breathing problems 7 times. I knew I had to find an alternative, I tried cold turkey again, but I became emotional, started to gain weight and was eating a lot more. So I would light one back up. I had thought about vaping a few different times, I tried an e-cigarette and wasn’t a fan, so I was worried about spending the money on a vape and not liking it. There is only one thing I dislike more than not being able to breath and that is wasting money.

Luckily, when I went into the store to purchase cigarettes, I seen the pods for the Cue Vapor. A few months back I was contacted about doing a review on the Cue, I was hesitant because of the fact it took the pod cartridges and I was worried about having to purchase online instead of purchasing in the stores. So when I seen I could purchase them local, I went and got the Cue for review.

The Cue showed up August 18th and I was super excited to check this out. At this time I was having all sorts of issues with my breathing, taking breathing treatments and my inhaler and I was a few cigarettes away from going back to the doctor.

The Cue Vapor System comes in six different colors. The starter kit comes with everything you need to get started and costs $49.99 on the Cue website. You can purchase the cartridges with 0mg, 3mg or 6mg of nicotine. I am currently using the 3mg nicotine cartridges, I do hope to go to the 0mg ones before long. I did notice my local store only carries the 3mg and 6mg cartridges.

The Cue Vapor System doesn’t have that many different flavors to pick from this to me is a downfall, I am hoping as they grow they get more of a selection. I have tried the creamy mint (my favorite so far), fresh melon ( not a big fan of this one), smooth tobacco and full tobacco.

Even though they don’t have a big selection, the Cue is convenient with the pre-filled cartridges. I was worried they wouldn’t last long and it would cost me more to vape than to smoke, however, the main cartridge I use has lasted me almost 2 weeks and I still have a lot in it.  Please note, the life of the cartridge depends on ones vaping habits. If you vape more you will use more, so just because one cartridge has lasted me 2 weeks+, DOESN’T mean it will last you just as long. The site states it can last anywhere from 1 day to a week or more.

So my overall thoughts:

The Cue Vapor System is the perfect vape for someone just starting out and looking for an alternative to smoking, since I started vaping on the 18th I have not had one cigarette. While this product isn’t designed to help you quit, it is a great alternative to smoking. I will continue to use this product and I cannot wait to try some of the other flavors they have.

Comments

  1. At first in the brand new stage it was okay but then as I was using it regularly it started to behave like a boiler like I was smoking from a water bong and it was completely disgusting and haven’t used it since.
